There is not anything more important than your health. Your health is even more important than your family, job, or material items of interest. Think for a moment, if you became terminally ill, how would you provide for your family? How would you maintain your current status if you could not work for a long period of time? Have you ever thought about how many lives are affected when you are ill?


I personally believe that many people take their health for granted because they have no idea of what is happening on the inside of their bodies. As we age, poor diet, stress, and environmental influences causes our bodies to lack the nutrients it needs to deal with all the chemical reactions that take place. Google "Free Radical Damage" and you will find out what takes place as our bodies start to decline in the lack of proper enzymes to handle these Free Radicals. There are many type of radicals, but those of most concern in biological systems are derived from oxygen, and known collectively as Reactive Oxygen Species. Like an apple turns brown when exposed to air, or shiny metal turns to rust over time, our cells can "rust" when we breathe due to oxidative stress, a process caused by free radicals. Google "Oxidative Stress" and learn every thing you can about it. Seek Wisdom, Seek Knowledge, but in all your getting, get an Understanding.


Start taking care of yourself while you feel good. Do not wait until a life altering event to decide to concentrate on your well being. Cancer does not start when it manifests. Diabetes did not just happen yesterday. Heart Disease is not like the common cold. Many of these life altering illnesses are life style inflicted.


Proper diet and exercise is a must. You should be getting your nutrition through your diet. Foods like Kale, Spinach, Broccoli, Raspberries, Blueberries, Grass Feed Beef and Wild Caught Salmon are loaded with nutrition that your body need. Vitamins A and E should definitely come directly from your diet. I myself supplement Vitamin C and B Vitamins but, I work out on the high end of the spectrum. Every breathing person experience free radicals but, it's how you fuel your body that determines the oxidative stress. If we give our bodies what it need to function properly it will naturally take care of the issue but, if you are not then its time to start.


Your body produces enzymes that work as Antioxidants and they are the most important antioxidants for you to live a healthy life. Google "Superoxide Dismutase" to learn exactly what this Master Antioxidant does for you. Google "Catalase" and you will find that it works hand and hand with Superoxide Dismutase. The Mother of all Antioxidants is Glutathione. Study these antioxidant enzymes and you will start to understand how important your internal health is to you.

No it juѕt means thаt they аrе slightly lоwеr саlоriе thаn thе оriginаl, which рrоbаblу iѕn't аlwауѕ bеttеr. They gоt lоwеr саlоriе рrоbаblу by taking out ѕоmе ѕаlt or sugar but have rерlасеd it with оthеr unnatural substances ѕо thеу dоn't lоѕе the tаѕtе, ѕо it соuld еvеn bе wоrѕе fоr уоu.
